Diet Tea – Dieters Tea Results Amaze!

Saturday Dec 10, 2011

Oprah and Rachel Ray were among the first celebrities to endorse the fact that Chinese women have known and lived for hundreds of years. Studies have verified that drinking Wu Yi tea increases the rate of fat burn and aids in weight loss. Further studies have borne out that it strengthens one’s immune system and even turns back the aging effect that many experience.

Many studies have been conducted on the effects of tea. Notable is the recent study that has confirmed a 2.5 greater rate of burning calories than that of drinking just green tea. This study was conducted in Japan at The Tokushima School of Medicine where tea drinkers in Japan use WuYi Oolong tea from China as a choice drink.

Don’t think you can’t spice up your tea drink. Let your Wu-Yi teabag steep boiling water to increase the strength of the drink. Simply adding a lime or lemon slice or even a cinnamon stick can give you. Adding honey is also a nice pickup at times.

Chilling your tea drink and serving it with carbonated water and a hint of fruit juice in a margarita glass may also work for you. Many garnish their glass with a pineapple or lemon to make this wonderful drink look tropical.

When you are on a diet you should pay more attention to what you are consuming. Eat more vegetables and fruits and stay away from junk foods. Be certain to eat foods rich in fiber as well as those low on the GI (Glycemic Index) in balance. Eat proteins, fats and carbohydrates in smaller portions.

Processed food that are altered from their natural state and may have trans fats, saturated fats, high sodium and sugar content and should be avoided. Likewise, a continuous diet of full-fat milk and red meat is not the most healthy. Good fats are found in nuts, olive oil and flaxseed oil. Beware that these are high in calories and should be used sparingly.

Don’t use sugar; if you possibly can, avoid it. The average American consumes an astonishing 2-3 pounds of sugar each week. 100 year ago, average consumption was 5 pound a year. Avoid soda, full fat milk and substitute water or tea instead. Use a fat-free, low calorie dairy substitute in your tea or coffee. Drink unsweetened apple juice and other fruit juices sparingly.

Avoid large portions of food. Instead eat smaller meals, preferably 5 a day. Bypass eating late at night since a full belly doesn’t allow your body to burn stored carbohydrates. You’re body is a spectacular fat burning machine is you keep the belly empty 3 hours before you turn in.

Before you try rating weight loss diets or low fat foods, note they still don’t work even though everyone seems to have tested or used it sometimes or another.
